To install OralData as a desktop application, your computers must meet at least the following requirements. These configurations are very standard and generally reflect what most dental practices already use:
Windows 10 or more recent
macOS Big Sur or more recent
2 GB of disk space for EndoData and/or ImplantoData alone, 3 GB for EndoData and/or ImplantoData with Weasis (DICOM viewer), 10 GB recommended
EndoData and/or ImplantoData take about 500 MB once uncompressed, but updates must be downloaded, and Weasis also requires around 500 MB.
The disk space used by OralData depends on how you use it and especially on the number and size of stored images and CBCT files. 10 GB is the minimum recommended.
8 GB of RAM
Server OS or Windows 64-bit
Fixed IP server
OralData enables the automatic integration of X-rays, photos, and CBCT screenshots. This feature becomes available after specific configuration during installation. Most brands and systems are compatible with OralData. When a software is not compatible and automation cannot be set up, simple copy/paste integration remains possible.
The OralData information is hosted in a secure HDS v 2.0 cloud certified ISO 27001 and located in France. This cloud is managed by a provider compliant with the applicable requirements regarding the protection of health data. The OralData team does not hold any copy of the data outside this HDS-hosted environment.
Data entered through online forms (referring practitioner forms and patient forms) is also encrypted and stored on the same secure cloud hosted in France.
