Services included with your subscription:

• Technical Support
  Composed of technicians dedicated to dental practices and aware of your challenges, our team is highly responsive. By remotely taking control of your workstation, we efficiently resolve your issues. The positive feedback from our clients is the best proof of our effectiveness.
• Ongoing Support
  Until you fully master the software, we assist you in making the most of the OralData modules and in implementing a coherent workflow within your practice.
  • Tutorials are available within the software to help you progress at your own pace.
  • Documents are available in the Forum to help you organize your practice and better configure OralData.
  • Chantal, our dental assistant, is available for video sessions with you and your team to configure the software and set up an appropriate workflow.
  • Small-group training sessions for you and your team are offered in person at our premises. These sessions take place once or twice a year—contact us to find out the next available dates.

Not included in the subscription:
We also offer on-site training sessions within your dental practice. Please contact us for a quote.

Drawing on our experience as specialist dentists and our expertise in equipment installation in various practices, we can also support you with your practice workflow as well as with the setup of your specialized equipment (photo devices, microscopes, CBCT, panoramic X-ray machines).
