Online form
Before the patient’s first visit, the referring practitioner completes an online form with all relevant information to be shared to the endodontist. This form allows for the attachment of X-rays, photos, and CBCT screenshots, which are automatically integrated into the patient’s file.
Administrative and medical questionnaire
The patient completes his own profile by filling out a secure online questionnaire.
Consultation / Treatment
The information is gathered and made available to the endodontist prior to the first appointment, ensuring consistency and efficiency of all consultations. During each visit, the practitioner updates a clinical form, with X-rays and photos taken during the session automatically integrated into the patient’s file.
Reports
The collected data enables the generation of a PDF report, which can be shared with all relevant healthcare stakeholders.
Follow-up questionnaire
During the follow-up period, the patient can provide updates on their condition at any time by completing a secure follow-up questionnaire. This information is automatically indexed to the patient’s file for seamless tracking.
Follow-up session
At the follow-up visit, the patient’s progress is assessed using a dedicated form that enables comparison between the initial and current clinical situations.
The OralData information is hosted in a secure HDS v 2.0 cloud certified ISO 27001 and located in France. This cloud is managed by a provider compliant with the applicable requirements regarding the protection of health data. The OralData team does not hold any copy of the data outside this HDS-hosted environment.
Data entered through online forms (referring practitioner forms and patient forms) is also encrypted and stored on the same secure cloud hosted in France.
